Applicant Profile

  • Entrepreneurially Minded: You have a passion for starting, building and leading companies that impact the world.
  • Globally Aware and Inquisitive: You are curious about other cultures, languages, politics and economies. You are interested in international business issues such as trade agreements, cross-border investments, immigration policy, etc., and global development issues like poverty reduction or climate change mitigation/adaptation.
  • Morally Grounded: Your values inform how you treat others; they guide your decision-making process at work – whether hiring someone based on their character or donating to charity because of its mission statement rather than its tax status (or lack thereof).
  • Authentic & Flexible: People who know what they want but aren’t afraid of change tend to lead more successful lives than those who stay rigidly fixed on one path without considering alternatives.
