Executive Education Open Enrollment Programs

Faculty and other field experts teach the Executive Education Open Enrollment Programs. These courses are open to all students but not transferable to Brown University. The Executive Education Open Enrollment Programs offer evening and weekend classes that can be completed part-time.

Pre-College Programs

Brown University’s Pre-College Programs are designed for grades 9-12. They are an opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school and start your college career early.

No-Cost, No-Credit Online Courses

If you’re interested in taking an online course but don’t want to commit to a full degree program, Brown University Extension offers a range of no-cost, no-credit courses open to anyone. These include classes on literature and history and more practical topics like financial literacy and digital marketing.

The classes are taught by professors from the university’s various departments and schools–including its graduate school–and may be taken for personal enrichment or as part of an employer-sponsored training program.
