To qualify for a scholarship, you must enroll or plan to enroll in a degree program at Liberty University. Donors can also choose how long their gift is available in perpetuity.<\/p>\n Liberty University Presidential Scholarship<\/strong><\/p>\n The Presidential Scholarship is open to students entering their first year at Liberty University.
